The staff was super friendly. I had dropped my earphone case down the lift and they went to get it for me for free! They had originally said it would be $140 and then did it out of good will. I'm very happy with the staff team.

Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is great value dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. I love Singapore, my 2nd visit. We stayed there for 10 days. Its very place wherever you go and getting around is very easy. While we were at the airport waiting for our ride, we saw passengers going to the bathroom, changing, and just leave their suitcase unattended. Nobody even came near to check on their suitcase. We went to several night hawker neighborhood, they all taste good to me. Gardens by the Bay light show was stunning and is one of my favorite spots

It was really nice not having to push all our activities and viewings into a few days.. 10 days was just the right amount of time to do everything without being hurried and time poor. After 30 odd years since our last visit it was great to see how the country had improved leaps and bounds. Loved everything, shopping, gardens, tours. , and most people ready to help us when we were lost or unsure. Our accommodation at the Ibis had everything you needed, pool, meals, shuttle bus and friendly staff.

Singapore is a must visit once in your lifetime esp with family. It is clean, structured, fun. Too many attractions within a small area.. easy to travel across. Importantly it is one of the safest cities. Great place for seafood lovers.
With all this comes few cons : it is bit expensive. climate is humid all year long . less choices for pure Vegetarians (unless you plan upfront to stay near to little india area)
Overall must visit.

A country that works.
A country that works. Runs efficiently amidst the gleaming skyscrapers. There is not a crack (so to speak) on the streets that you will trip on. There are no critters, no vermins, no rodents you will encounter in the subways. There are no situations in which you find yourself feeling unsafe. In other words, one gets to live a life according to one's full aspirations without having to worry about security, safety, and the INability to get to work. That is refreshing.
The room is small but very well designed and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling window was my favorite thing as the view was nice and the room had great sunlight (very rare in hotels in Singapore). The bed is big, clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned meticulously every day and fresh towels, clean bathroom rug and sheets were replaced. The location is excellent with the two main subway lines and a dozen bus lines minutes away. The reception team is nice, friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff is polite and considerate.
This is my 3rd time staying at the Sofitel City Center hotel. I am glad that I chose your hotel for this business trip that last for a week, thanks to the help of your staff team. Over the past two decades, I have stayed at many prestigious hotels in Singapore. Nowadays, the quality of facility and hardware of 4 to 5-star hotels is not very different. What differentiates a hotel from others is the quality of the service which cannot be delivered without great staff.
Everything about this property was amazing. This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is just next level. The brunch was amazing. The mattress was really comfortable. It’s the little details that made my stay more enjoyable. Our room had complementary snacks, teas, wine and beer. The view was excellent. The hotel invested in filtered water. I would go back to Singapore just for this hotel.
Located just one MRT station away from Changi Airport and requires just 300 m walking. If you have an early morning flight when MRT is closed, the taxi charges are still reasonable. Located opposite to a shopping mall so you can buy everything here.
Fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals
Extremely comfortable bed
Relatively spacious when compared to other hotels in Singapore
I was glad I was able to book a room with a window (cannot be opened though) which seems to be a rare case for rooms at more "budget" hotels in Singapore. The weather being so hot a humid nothing wet will dry out in the room. but the stuff changes towels every day which eliminates the problem (with the towels at least). The bed was comfy. It was a quiet room, we didn't have any noise problems.
Everything was great. Absolutely comfortable stay, gem of a location. Close to all attractions especially the riverwalk and nite life. Close to city hall MRT and all public transport. Little pricey but worth it! Rooms facing MBS cost extra but worth it.I would pay little more for reasonable size room, most hotels in Singapore have small rooms.
Location is great if you want to be right in the middle of Orchard road.
That's about the best I can say, there are loads of great hotels in Singapore but this is not one of them.
Room was super average, shower was crap, pool is not 47 meters it has an island in the middle of it.
Breakfast was average and staff just ok.
Very clean & spacious room. Location of the hotel is the best amongst all hotels I have stayed in Singapore over the last 39 yrs. A small.Mall in front of the hotel which has 3 VG resturants especially the Chinese Food restaurant. Also MRT station is across the street. Will stay here again on my next possible visit.
good location, I really liked the size of the room, there was something like a window in the room, this is rare for hotels in Singapore. the bed is good, better than in other hotels. having a bath. administrator Jimmy is very kind, he helped me many times. P.s. give him an award, please 😁
Location was key for Ibis Singapore Bencoolen. It was central enough to get to the different attractions in Singapore. The hotel was simple but clean. There was a lot of selection at the breakfast buffet. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong with hot water, when needed.
I've stayed at 4 or 5 capsule hotels in Singapore now, and I think this is my favourite one. Everything is very organized, and there are instructions on everything, which are helpful and sometimes also cute. The location is also excellent, right near Clarke Quay.
After a very assertive request on my part for a better room it was all good. I strongly suggest you give the guests the room they asked for and not try to put them in inferior rooms. Just remember : there are 100s of hotels in Singapore to choose from.
Very clean room, maybe one of the cleanest rooms i have been in for a Hotel stay. Staff was great in helping to navigate Singapore. location very good. They even provided a folding suitcase table. I would stay again no problem.
Room was super comfortable and of a good size. Hotel was kind enough to provide a HDMI cable although it would be nice if they upgraded to Google Cast like some of the other hotels or service apartments.
I like the location. Lot's of shops and restaurants to choose from and still a short bus ride to the city center. The room is big compared to other hotels in Singapore
The room is tiny, but just like most of the hotels in Singapore. We had a good sleep, as the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. AC was really good.
